Our process
Every project is different, but our process is designed to keep things clear, collaborative, and well organized from concept through construction. Below is an overview of the typical phases of a project.
Free consultation
What we do: We listen to your project goals and get an overall grasp of scope of the project.
What we offer: A project proposal that outlines our clear approach to your project.
conceptual design
We explore multiple design options that can achieve the project goals. We assess the existing conditions and review any code constraints that may need to be resolved during the design phase.
final Design
We refine the concepts into a single cohesive design that can then be shared with contractors to understand pricing and scheduling.
Permits and documentation
Our team provides drawings signed and sealed for permit. Once permit is submitted, additional detailed drawings are developed to produce a complete set for construction use.
construction
Once construction begins, we remain involved as a liaison between the client and the contractor to review progress on site and ensure the design intent is being followed at a high-quality standard.
completion
A final walkthrough and project closeout. Congratulations on the completed job!
